All our products are manufactured under quality managing system ISO 9001, 13485 and also obtain quality certificate CE issued by TUV.
Do you accept ODM and OEM?
We welcome ODM and OEM customization. We have a complete design and technical team that can customize products, labels, and boxes.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located at Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Our nearest air port is Wenzhou. It will be 1 hour flight to Shanghai airport and 2 hours flight to Guangzhou airport.
Can I visit UNIMASTER production facility?
Of course. You can make an appointment with our sales department to visit our factory. We will deliver a special driver to pick you up at the airport or train station so that you can arrive at our factory safely and quickly.
What about the trade term,payment term and delivery time?
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all accepted.
Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 30% T/T as deposit, balance paid before loading. You can also choose Trade Assurance in Alibaba. For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, credit card, PayPal or cash.
Delivery time: It is based on the quantity and size you order. But normally, our production time is 15 to 30 working days.
Can you arrange shipping?
Yes. We can help you arrange shipping to your destination sea port or your direct address. We provide one stop service for shipping.
