– The concentration of sodium hyaluronate should not be less than 1.5mg/ml.

– The number of aerobic bacteria should be less than 100cfu/ml.

– The number of molds and yeasts should be less than 100cfu/ml.

– Free of pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa)
